30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Sunglasses in original, unworn condition
  • Optical frames (prescription and non-prescription)
  • Accessories and cases
  • Items with original packaging, tags, and protective films intact

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Prescription lenses (custom made)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items without original packaging or authentication certificates
  • Special edition or limited release items (unless defective)

Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RMA) number.

Package Securely
Pack items in original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and your RMA number clearly labeled.

Ship Back
Send items using a trackable shipping method to our returns center. We recommend insurance for valuable items.

Processing
Once received, we'll inspect your return and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important: All returns must include a valid RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers may be delayed or refused.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note the following timelines:

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price refund for items in perfect condition

Exchange Policy

Available Exchanges:

  • Size exchanges for the same model
  • Color variations within the same product line
  • Style exchanges (subject to price difference)

Exchange Process:

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll be charged the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference.

One-Time Exchange: Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Subsequent changes require a new return and purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturing Defects:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will:

  • Provide a full refund including shipping costs
  • Replace the item at no charge
  • Cover return shipping expenses

Shipping Damage:

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and items
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly

International Returns

Additional Considerations:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be declared accurately for customs
  • Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance

Customs Declaration:

When returning items internationally, please declare them as "Returned Merchandise" with the original purchase value. Include a copy of your original invoice and RMA documentation.

Special Circumstances

Extended Return Period:

During holiday seasons (November 1 - January 15), we extend our return window to 45 days to accommodate gift purchases.

Gift Returns:

Recipients of gift purchases can return items for store credit or exchange without needing the original purchaser's information. Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Warranty Claims:

Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are processed separately from standard returns and may require additional documentation.
