                    Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gentle Monster Thailand. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.
                

2. Product Information & Authenticity

All products sold through Gentle Monster Thailand are authentic designer eyewear. We guarantee the authenticity of every item in our collection, including:

Genuine Gentle Monster sunglasses and optical frames
Authentic Maison Margiela collaborative pieces
Limited edition and exclusive releases
All products come with original packaging and authentication materials

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods:

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping with the following terms:

Domestic Shipping (Thailand): 2-5 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: Available for expedited delivery
Free Shipping: Available on orders over specified amounts

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

Return Period: 14 days from delivery date
Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original packaging
Process: Contact customer service to initiate return
Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

                    Note: Custom or personalized items, and products showing signs of wear cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
                

6. Warranty & Product Care

All products come with manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship:

Warranty Period: 12 months from purchase date
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, lens issues, frame breakage under normal use
Exclusions: Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs
Claim Process: Contact customer service with proof of purchase
